Welcome to Nephalem. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, nephalem.store and your purchases of our streetwear products.

By accessing the Site, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

2. Products and Orders

  • All products on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.
  • Product descriptions, images, and sizing are for illustrative purposes only. Streetwear items (including limited editions or collaborations) may vary slightly in colour, fit, or fabric.
  • By placing an order, you offer to purchase the goods subject to these Terms. We accept your order when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and shown at checkout.

3. Payment

We accept payments via [Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, etc.]. All transactions are processed securely. You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use it.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within [e.g., 1-3 business days]. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order for any reason, starting the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

  • You must notify us in writing (email or returns form) within 14 days.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, at your own expense (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  • We will refund the price paid (excluding original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned items in saleable condition.
  • Exceptions: No right to cancel for personalised or custom-made items, sealed personal care products (if unsealed), or items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Faulty or Misdescribed Items: Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have additional rights if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality. Please contact us promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, designs, graphics, text, and photographs) is owned by Nephalem or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any designs for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

By posting reviews, photos, or tagging us on social media, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Resell our products commercially (especially limited drops) without permission.
  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes or submit false information.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access or introduce viruses.
  • Harass or abuse our staff or other customers.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability
